By accessing or using the ZunaQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. User Roles & Responsibilities
Users must adhere to ethical academic conduct:
- Student Responsibilities: Students agree to complete quizzes independently without unauthorized assistance, respect quiz time limits, and not distribute exam questions or materials.
- Instructor Responsibilities: Instructors agree to maintain the confidentiality of student records, configure fair grading parameters, and respect intellectual property rights.
3. Academic Integrity & Anti-Cheat Policies
ZunaQ implements technical measures including question randomization, timer enforcement, and automated submission protocols. Any attempt to bypass security measures, manipulate API payloads, or access unauthorized answer keys constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and academic reporting.
4. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability. However, ZunaQ is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or quiz service with reasonable notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ZunaQ or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
6. Governing Terms
